• Offer declined: If you decline a purchase offer, all copies of your submitted content are permanently deleted from our systems immediately upon receipt of your rejection.
• Purchase completed: If a purchase is made, we retain transaction records as required for legal and accounting purposes.

• No Conflicts: The clips do not violate any third-party intellectual property, rights of publicity, or contractual obligations.
• Original Content: The clips were created or produced by you or your authorized team. No copyrighted music, brand content, or identifiable third-party material is included without explicit license.
• Consent: Any identifiable persons in the clips have consented to their appearance or you own the right to use their likeness.
• Privacy: Your submission remains confidential and private until purchased. We will not publish or share your clips without a purchase agreement.
• Deletion — no offer: If we do not make an offer within 3 days, we will delete all copies of your submission from our systems.
• Deletion — offer expired: If a purchase offer is sent and you do not respond within 7 days, the offer expires and all copies of your submission are permanently deleted.
• Deletion — offer declined: If you decline a purchase offer, all copies of your submission are permanently deleted immediately.

Upon Purchase - Exclusive Rights Transfer

• You irrevocably transfer 100% exclusive worldwide rights to the purchased clips to BuyingClips or our designated buyer.
• You grant us unrestricted permission to edit, modify, publish, distribute, monetize, license, and commercialize the content in any format or platform.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights or similar claims relating to the purchased content.
• You agree not to publish, distribute, sell, or release the purchased clips anywhere - online or offline - in any form.
• You agree not to claim ownership or copyright to the content after payment is received.
